I know the item is out of stock but can I place it on back order?
Yes you may place the item on back order. All orders placed in the queue are paid up front. We do not have eta’s at this time but fill all orders in the order received as the parts are available. You will receive an email with the tracking # once the order has shipped. You may have to email your order or call if you are unable to order online.
Can I receive an email/phone call notification when an item becomes available?
At this time we do not have an email notification system setup. So we recommend calling in to check on item availability until we have a system setup up for these kinds of notifications.

Can I send you a stripped lower I bought somewhere else for eching?
Unfortunately we do not engrave lowers you bought somewhere else. You may want to look into a company that specializes in engraving firearms.
Are the spikes lower stripped receivers .154 pin size?
That information is located under the specification tab on the items page. Spikes stripped lowers accepts .154 diameter trigger & hammer pins.
Is it possible to Buy a Lower directly from you (in Person)?
It is possible to purchase Lowers directly from our location but if the item is on backorder that wait time will still be in place.
If I order a Spike’s Tactical product that is backordered, when will my credit card be charged? When I place the order, or when the order ships?
Your card will be charged as soon as you place your order. Even if the item is on backorder.
Future legislation refund?
If you have ordered an item that we are unable to ship due to future legislation, then you would receive a refund.
How do I go about cancelling my order?

I’m 18 years old and I live in Nevada, anyway I was wondering if I can buy a complete AR-15 lower (rifle not pistol) from your site?
You have to be 21 years of age and older to purchase stripped or complete lower rifles and or pistols.
I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT PURCHASING A 10.5 INCH BARREL A.R. ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA ON PURCHASING?
There are no restrictions on purchasing a 10.5″ Barrel A.R. in the state of Florida. You just have to have the firearm registered as a short barrel rifle.
Do I need to have the FFL information provided now or when the order ships?
We only require FFL information when placing an order for a Stripped Lower, Complete Lower or Complete Rifle. It is always best to have the FFL information at the time of order placement to prevent any delays. If placing your order online, you will need to include the FFL’s info (name of the dealer and their address) under the special comment section. However, if you do not have the FFL info at the time of order placement you may send us an email at email@example.com or give us a call at (407) 928-2666, to provide us with that information or to obtain any additional information on how to apply the FFL’s info to your order.
Can my lower/rifle be shipped to my home?
Stripped Lowers, Complete Lowers and Complete Rifles are serialized parts and will need to be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer.
Purchasing Gift Cards
Gift Certificates are purchased just like any other item in our store. You can pay for them using the stores standard payment method(s). Once purchased the value of the Gift Certificate will be added to your own personal Gift Certificate Account. If you have funds in your Gift Certificate Account, you will notice that the amount now shows in the Shopping Cart box, and also provides a link to a page where you can send the Gift Certificate to some one via email.
How to Send Gift Cards
To send a Gift Certificate you need to go to our Send Gift Certificate Page. You can find the link to this page in the Shopping Cart Box in the right hand column of each page. When you send a Gift Certificate, you need to specify the following. The name of the person you are sending the Gift Certificate to. The email address of the person you are sending the Gift Certificate to. The amount you want to send. (Note you don’t have to send the full amount that is in your Gift Certificate Account.) A short message which will appear in the email. Please ensure that you have entered all of the information correctly, although you will be given the opportunity to change this as much as you want before the email is actually sent.
Buying with Gift Cards
If you have funds in your Gift Certificate Account, you can use those funds to purchase other items in our store. At the checkout stage, an extra box will appear. Enter the amount to apply from the funds in your Gift Certificate Account. Please note, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your Gift Certificate Account to cover the cost of your purchase. If you have more funds in your Gift Certificate Account than the total cost of your purchase the balance will be left in your Gift Certificate Account for the future.
Redeeming Gift Cards
If you receive a Gift Certificate by email it will contain details of who sent you the Gift Certificate, along with possibly a short message from them. The email will also contain the Gift Certificate Redemption Code. It is probably a good idea to print out this email for future reference. You can now redeem the Gift Certificate in two ways.
1. By clicking on the link contained within the email for this express purpose. This will take you to the store’s Redeem Gift Certificate page. You will then be requested to create an account, before the Gift Certificate is validated and placed in your Gift Certificate Account ready for you to spend it on whatever you want.
2. During the checkout process, on the same page that you select a payment method there will be a box to enter a Redemption Code. Enter the Redemption Code here, and click the Redeem button. The code will be validated and the amount added to your Gift Certificate Account. You can then use the amount to purchase any item from our store

What are the interest rates and other terms of the finance program?
The annual percentage rate (APR) charged will be between 15.99% and 23.99% and is dependent on your FICO score. The contract rate will remain fixed for the duration of the contract. Your high credit will be dependent on your FICO score. The financing terms range from 18 to 48 months based directly on the total amount financed. The first contractual payment installment will be due 30 days from the date of signed documents and each month thereafter. Subsequent monthly installments will made through the borrower’s method of payment each month. The minimum financed amount is $500.00. Not all buyers may qualify.
What is the ‘Same as Cash’ option?
The contract for your purchase of a minimum of $1,000.00 may be paid in full at any time within the Promotional Period indicated on the contract from the date of disbursement (“Promotional Period”), and upon payment in full of the promotional balance within the specified period, any accrued finance charges will not be charged to your account. Regular monthly payments in the amount shown on your contract will be due on the monthly date during the Promotional Period in accordance with the payment schedule shown on your contract. However, larger payments may be made at any time to pay the promotional balance in full before the end of the Promotional Period. If you do not pay the promotional balance in full within the Promotional Period or if you fail to make all regularly scheduled payments during the Promotional Period in full and on time, then the accrued finance charges will be charged to your account.
Are there any pre-payment penalties for paying off the loan early?
You may pay off your contract in full at any time without penalty.
How long do I have to spend my full approved amount?
The high credit amount that you have been approved for is good for 90 days on your current application only. Any subsequent requests must be submitted through the same application process and will be re-evaluated. This product is not a revolving line of credit. A new credit file will not be pulled if within 90 days of previous application. The maximum number of open loans is restricted to two (2) and total of loans will not exceed the approved high credit. The minimum credit amount to be financed is $500. Are there additional fees, costs or taxes?
There are no fees associated with the application process. Any shipping and handling costs charged by the dealer may be added to your final invoice. These fees will be included in the financed amount. Taxes will vary from state to state. There is no money down required.
What happens if I change, cancel or return my order?
If you cancel the order prior to signing the contract the application is withdrawn and the dealer will be notified of the change in status. If the contract has been signed and the funds have been sent to the dealer it is between you and the dealer to rectify the situation. Once the dealer receives the returned order the dealer will send the funds back to you minus any restocking or other associated fees. You then have the option of paying off your contract. Customer is responsible for any accrued interest from the date of the signed contract. Please note the terms of you contract remain intact.
How do I make payments?
Your payments will begin 30 days from the date you sign the loan documents. You will have both a web based and mobile account portal to submit payments, update account information and monitor your account.
